A supplement to the ICC Uniform Rules for Collection (URC 522),
ICC publication No 550, is a commentary on each of the Rules, which
enriches one’s understanding of the process by which the Rules were created
and gives further guidance on practical issues that the arise during the
handling of collections.
The Commentary adopts the informal language of the Working Party’s
deliberations and, for ease of reference, also includes a comparative index
showing how the collection Rules evolved.
